What Skintim provides for its franchise partners:– Complete brand identity package
– Consultation on selecting the business premises (upon request)
– Advice on setting up the premises, or even direct management of construction/fit-out works (upon request)
– Transfer of know-how and training required to operate a Skintim franchise salon
– Provision of a head beautician – even temporarily, if needed
– HR outsourcing (upon request)
– Own branded products for the services
– Comprehensive, localized marketing activities dedicated to the franchise partner (full Facebook, Google, Waze campaign management, offline and outdoor advertising)
– An established brand with around 500,000 monthly reach, over 20,000 followers, and each salon having 1,000–3,000 followers on Facebook
– Through our Google advertising strategy – stronger, more effective search presence compared to competitors
– One-time entry fee (depending on location): based on individual agreement
– Monthly franchise fee (depending on location): based on individual agreement
– HR, construction, operational, and logistics tasks can be outsourced under individual agreements
– Opening 2–3 additional company-owned Skintim salons
– Building the franchise partner network: signing around 10 franchise agreements within five years
– Further development of own-brand products, not only for in-salon use but also for retail and wholesale distribution
– Opening a wholesale store
– Launching a scholarship program for beginner beauticians after professional training, supporting young professionals
